Press Release: A New Bathroom Revealed
Web Site Design Feature Works Like Magic
(Springfield, TN) – A Bath Fitter (www.bathfitter.com) survey conducted by Harris Interactive® found that about half of all homeowners (49 percent) want to change the bathtub and/or shower in their bathrooms, and nearly a quarter (22 percent) would like a new color on the walls.
Beyond those generalities, however, it’s difficult for some consumers to envision the specifics when there are so many choices. Bath Fitter comes to the rescue with “Design Your Own Bathroom,” a bathfitter.com feature that allows users to see their future new tub or shower space, in the color of their choice, with their preferred accessories.
The easy to use tool begins with the choice of a custom made-to-order bathtub or walk-in shower. It then asks the user to choose a color, a wall style, faucets, and accessories such as soap dishes and corner shelves, grab bars and shower rods, plus a variety of doors in clear or obscure glass.
“Many people think a tub is a tub, but there are so many choices in color and style,” says Jennifer Renglich, Manager, Marketing & Communication with Bath Fitter. ”The design tool on our web site allows homeowners to see how certain combinations will look before they buy. It’s both fun and practical because they can experiment with ideas. There’s a hidden designer in everyone just waiting to come out.”
Bath Fitter intersects with modern lifestyles by offering friendly, no-cost estimates and the best quality acrylic bathtub liners, showers, and one-piece wall systems in the industry. Homeowners will have a sparkling new bathroom at a fraction of the cost of traditional renovations and in a fraction of the time – just one day!
Above all, professionalism is key at Bath Fitter. From estimates to installation to quality control, the Bath Fitter founders and their 200 locations in North America know it’s never enough to just manufacture top-notch products.
“We need the best people standing behind them,” says Joe Spiezia, Manager, Sales Training. “That’s why training is so important to us. At Bath Fitter, every employee gets the tools he or she needs to serve the customer. Our estimators are trained to put the customer first, and always ensure that the bathtub liner or shower base is an exact fit. “Our installers undergo extensive, hands-on training at one of our factory classrooms. There, they perform installations in a variety of scenarios likely to arise in customers’ homes. And in the manufacturing process, technicians custom-make our products in factories that are rigorously controlled for quality, cleanliness and safety.”
All Bath Fitter products also come with a lifetime warranty, because the customer comes first and always has the last word.
"We wanted to drop you a quick note to express our satisfaction with our recent Bath Fitter purchase,” wrote Frank and Tracie Schiano, Bath Fitter customers from Deerfield Beach, Fla. “Your estimator was very helpful and friendly. His no-pressure approach and extensive product knowledge were instrumental in our selection. Your installer also worked with energy and enthusiasm and faced a few unforeseen events with professionalism and skill.”
