We believe in training! We will furnish you and your employees with all of the tips and techniques that have worked so well in our own stores. The BATH FITTER Franchise Operations Manual is based on more that 20 years of experience and contains all of the step-by-step procedures and strategies that you will need to operate your BATH FITTER business successfully.
You, your sales staff and your office administrators will attend a three-day training course and your installers will attend a 10-day course. We will then travel to your location to provide an additional seven days of training during your first month of operation, followed by a second visit six months later. And support is never more than a telephone call away.

From print ads and TV commercials to direct mail pieces, home show displays and mall kiosks, we produce top-notch marketing tools that will make your phone ring. And the unique BATH FITTER proprietary office software enables you to process and record your business transactions electronically, making sure that you will always have accurate, up-to-the-minute information about your operation at your fingertips.
