Training and Support

We believe in training! We will furnish you and your employees with all of the tips and techniques that have worked so well in our own stores. The BATH FITTER Franchise Operations Manual is based on more that 20 years of experience and contains all of the step-by-step procedures and strategies that you will need to operate your BATH FITTER business successfully.

You, your sales staff and your office administrators will attend a three-day training course and your installers will attend a 10-day course. We will then travel to your location to provide an additional seven days of training during your first month of operation, followed by a second visit six months later. And support is never more than a telephone call away.

Marketing

Our marketing and promotional materials are second to none! From print ads and TV commercials to direct mail pieces, home show displays and mall kiosks, we produce top-notch marketing tools that will make your phone ring. We'll show you the most cost-effective ways to market and promote your business, based on our years of experience and the feedback that we constantly receive from franchisees.

Annual Meetings

Our franchisees look forward to attending our exciting and informative Annual Meetings. They are terrific opportunities to learn practical skills that you can apply to your business. Our dynamic guest speakers will help you develop your sales and marketing techniques and hone your management skills. These meetings also provide you with a chance to network and exchange information with experienced and successful franchisees.

Information Technology

At BATH FITTER, we know the value of putting leading-edge technological tools to work in our businesses to increase productivity and efficiency. Our dynamic Information Technology Department is always looking for ways to keep you a step ahead of the competition. You will be able to take advantage of special web-based tools for ordering materials and receiving new leads. And the unique BATH FITTER proprietary office software enables you to process and record your business transactions electronically, making sure that you will always have accurate, up-to-the-minute information about your operation at your fingertips.

On-time Shipments

We are committed to shipping products to you quickly – within 48 hours of our receiving your order. Products are packed and shipped with care and are usually delivered aboard our fleet of 53' tractor-trailer trucks.
