After experiencing a reoccurring issue with my existing liner over the past year a decision was made to remove the old liner and install a new one. Noah was the installer assigned to my job. He was knowledgeable about the product,willing to answer my questions and took time to explain the important details of the install that I needed to be aware of. Noah realized that placing the new liner over my existing cast iron tub would cause me further issues. He made the call and recommended a new acrylic tub be installed. Noah worked all day to get the new tub and walls installed. His attention to detail and reassurance to me that this was going to make things better for me were appreciated. Tim, the Manager stopped in also and reassured me they were committed to doing what was needed to ensure I had a good experience. I love the way my new tub and wall installation turned out!

I'm loving my new shower. The permanent grab bars increased the safety and security. There is a place to put my shampoo and soap. The height of the shower head is adjustable. I'm only five feet tall. It's great showering with a shower head that is not set up for someone that is six feet tall. I was worried about the the lip being so short, but there hasn't been any water on my bathroom floor. It is most excellent. Noah is the young man that installed my new shower. He was totally professional. It did take all day. But only one day. Believe me it was a mess. But when he left it was totally clean. He was great at explaining things to me. Even told me how to clean it. (Windex and vinegar is recommended.) I love taking showers now. I highly recommend Bathfitters.

Just had a small walk in shower redone by Bath Fitter of Charleston. I can’t say enough about how smooth the entire process was. From the initial meeting with Mario all the way through the install with Dillon. Mario was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I didn’t feel pressured into making any type of decision. Install went well in the allotted time they estimated and a big shout out to Dillon who was EXTREMELY nice and very professional during the install. I was around doing some other things at the property while he worked. He is definitely an attribute to the company and has the type of personality and work ethic that you would want out in the field representing your company. Thank you Bath Fitter
