Bryan listened to what we envisioned as a replacement for our 1980's fiberglass tub, and made great recommendations. The Installer, Matthew, was on time, professional and friendly with a great sense of humor. Matthew walked me through what he would be doing, went over all the paperwork to make sure we got what we ordered and then put down protective coverings along the work area. He was very careful not to damage anything. All cutting of materials took place outside to prevent mess. He worked steadily for six hours, only taking a few minutes to enjoy some homemade baking. He made sure to consult with me on the placement of some new fixtures. When everything was in place, he showed me how to operate all the shiny new stuff. It looks gorgeous!
