Bathroom remodeling in Lexington, KY

Yes, a Bath Fitter remodel can help improve your home's resale appeal by giving the bathroom a clean, modern, and durable update.

For many buyers, an outdated bathroom can be a concern during a showing. A professionally installed Bath Fitter system helps refresh the space with a more current look, without the disruption of a traditional renovation. The result is a bathroom that feels cleaner, more updated, and easier to maintain.

Another advantage is Bath Fitter's transferable lifetime warranty. Because the warranty can transfer to future owners of the property, it gives potential buyers added reassurance that the Bath Fitter-made products are backed beyond the original homeowner.

While the impact on resale value can vary depending on your market, your home, and the condition of the bathroom before remodeling, a Bath Fitter update can be a strong selling feature for homeowners looking to make their bathroom more appealing before listing.

Yes, you can select from a wide array of colors, styles, and finishes to perfectly complement your existing bathroom décor or create a completely new look. Our design consultants work with you to choose options that are both attractive and highly functional, ensuring your updated bathroom fits your needs and reflects your personal style.

Bath Fitter offers a curated selection of popular and modern finishes, allowing you to personalize your space. This customization extends beyond just color, encompassing various design elements that can significantly update the look and feel of your bathroom. The goal is to create a solution that addresses your practical needs while giving your bathroom a look that feels fresh, personal, and beautifully finished.

Choosing the right finishes and styles can transform a dated bathroom into a more luxurious and modern retreat, aligning with current design trends. This approach ensures that your renovation is both a practical upgrade and a space that truly feels like your own.

The Bath Fitter lifetime warranty covers Bath Fitter-manufactured tub, shower, wall, ceiling, and bathroom accessory products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and care.

For a PermaFit® bathroom solution, that means the Bath Fitter-made surfaces and components are covered for the reasonable expected service life of the product, provided they were purchased through and installed by an authorized Bath Fitter location.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Bath Fitter may repair or replace the defective product at no charge, according to the terms of the warranty.

The warranty is also transferable. It applies to the original purchaser and to each new owner of the property where the Bath Fitter product was first installed.

Some exclusions apply. The warranty does not cover commercial installations, non-Bath Fitter products, damage from misuse or improper cleaning, normal wear, unauthorized modifications, or installation-related service issues. See the warranty here.

Yes, Bath Fitter offers specialized solutions designed to enhance bathroom safety for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges. We provide options like walk-in showers with low or no thresholds and easy-to-use controls, significantly reducing fall risks.

Our approach focuses on creating safer bathing environments without the extensive disruption of a full remodel. Solutions such as walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions are specifically designed to address the difficulties some seniors may encounter when entering and exiting traditional tubs. We also offer the installation of safety features like grab bars that integrate cleanly into the design, providing essential support where needed. Our professional, factory-trained installers ensure that these safety features are installed correctly and durably, giving you peace of mind.

These accessible upgrades can transform a potentially hazardous bathroom into a secure and comfortable space, allowing loved ones to maintain their independence with greater confidence.

Bath Fitter offers a full line of PermaFit® products that permit a completed installation in just one day. For your bathtub or shower, that means your new PermaFit® tub or shower system and wall surround are installed within a single business day, transforming your bathroom with minimal disruption. This process focuses on installing this custom-fit system over your existing structure, avoiding the extensive demolition, mess, and extended timelines associated with traditional bathroom renovations.

This rapid installation is achievable because our process involves precise templating of your existing tub or shower area. Our factory-trained installers then fit your durable, custom-made PermaFit® tub or shower directly over your existing one. This method bypasses the need for major structural changes, plumbing rerouting, or prolonged drying times, allowing for a quick and efficient upgrade that gets your bathroom back in service sooner.

It's important to note that this one-day timeline applies as long as no significant underlying issues are discovered once work begins. In the rare event that our installers find substantial structural damage, extensive water damage, or other issues requiring resolution, we will pause to discuss those findings and the best path forward with you before proceeding.

While the installation itself is completed in a day under normal conditions, the entire project timeline includes your initial consultation, during which we take precise measurements, and the manufacturing of your custom solution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result.

It depends. The size and shape of your existing tub, as well as additional options like safety accessories can change the cost of a Bath Fitter solution. Choosing Bath Fitter's PermaFit solution is a cost-effective alternative to traditional renovations.

Bath Fitter PermaFit™ bathtubs and showers are not a temporary fix, they are a remodel we guarantee will look as good as news for years to come. Before we install, a Bath Fitter expert will do any necessary cleaning and repairs to your current system to make sure there’s a strong foundation for your bath remodel to last longer.

Unlike porcelain, fiberglass, or enamel surfaces, Bath Fitter high-gloss acrylic PermaFit solutions wipe away clean so easily they are virtually maintenance-free. Plus, our unique seamless wall system eliminates grout. And because acrylic is colored all the way through, minor scratches won't even show.

A Bath Fitter PermaFit™ bathtub looks exactly the same as installing a new tub with demolition renovation and is installed right over existing tiling in just one day. With Bath Fitter, you get the same quality remodel simpler and faster. On the other hand, removing a bathtub is a difficult and messy job. The process can damage flooring, bathroom walls and plumbing, all while putting the bathroom out of service for many days or even weeks.
