Bath Fitter definitely backs their product! 17 years ago, we got a walk-in shower put in and it was needing some help with the old adhesives. Robert and Brian came and evaluated our shower and within just a few days came out and completely redid the shower. A brand new base, brand new walls and everything is shiny and looks like a tile inset shower. Robert and Brian were friendly, they were fast, and they were the best to work with. I would recommend them 100% of the time.

Everything was straight-forward. The guys came when they were supposed and they finished on time. They asked me to come look at the progress of their work so that I was informed about the process. Finding and working with companies that do a quality job at a price point that is affordable can be challenging. Robert Griffin came to convert our tub/shower into a walk in shower. He called on the first day to tell us when exactly he would be arriving. After protection mats were in place on the floors he began working taking out the old one piece tub/shower and getting it ready for the city inspector to come and check off his work the next day. Robert came when he said he would, answered all of our questions and left everything clean and neat. This is the first time we have ever had work done without there being something that went wrong. Two days and we now have a wonderful walk in shower that is custom just for us, exactly what we wanted and sold by Bath Fitters. It was an amazing experience that I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever in choosing!
