Shane and Cody were both exceptional to work with. Shane was very thorough during our appointment and explaining, reviewing and laying out the expectations of the end result of the service we were looking for and Bath Fitter could be providing if we chose their company. Cody was very experienced with his installation technique and what impressed me the most was how careful he was with our home. He was very cautious to not bump a wall when removing the tub and bringing in the wall unit and the height of it to not scrape the popcorn ceiling. He covered up the vanities and layed a protective pad on our floor. Be sure and ask for Chris to be your installer. He is the best there is. Very great at communicating. We knew what he was doing every step of the way. He went into great detail after the installation showing us how everything worked. Cleaned up the area and also even blew off the driveway to make sure nothing was left that we couldn’t possibly have ran over. Chris is tops. We were very pleased with him.
