Bathroom remodeling in Rochester, NY

My experience with Bath Fitter has been great they worked well with me and my crazy schedule and Ryan the installer was awesome letting me know what he was gonna be doing very respectful through the whole process and with cleaning up afterwards!! Making my bathroom look’s awesome!! I highly recommend them!!

Our recent purchase and installation with bath fitters was the most professional and thorough experience that we have dealt with since buying our home in June. Marty the sales rep did a fantastic job and thoroughly explained every detail of our purchase and installation with a fair price with no hidden fees. Not only did they get us in 2 weeks early but the installers (Matt and Cameron) were not only professional but they also explained in detail each step of the process, and went above and beyond expectations. Bath fitters was true to their word with a one day installation and a complete thorough cleaning and removal of the old tub. We recommend bath fitters for anyone who is looking to replace a tub or shower.

I needed to post this on Christmas Day, but was so busy and then kept forgetting.. My shower head broke on Christmas Eve and I called the BathFitter office and left a message. I honestly wasn’t expecting a response until after Christmas, but the manager called me on Christmas morning and said they would send someone as soon as possible. I was in total disbelief, but a little while later, Derek(not sure of spelling) showed up and fixed the broken shower head. He was so pleasant and very nice to my son with special needs. I apologize for not posting this sooner, but Derek deserves a big bonus for not only coming on Christmas, but for his amazing people skills and personality!! Thanks to Bath Fitter for a wonderful walk in shower and to Derek for providing unexpected and amazing service on a holiday!!

Ryan installed our shower/tub today. He was efficient, nice and explained everything that he was going to do. Ryan made sure everything was cleaned up and no issues. Thank you

From the office staff to the salesman kyle, very professional, was to the point, no hidden agenda, asked what we were looking for and walked us through the steps..the installer Derek, was very professional, respectful, attention to detail was beyound exceptional. Thank you everyone for making this task a seamless and one day done. We did a full transition from tub to walk in shower.. was Extremely impressed all the way through. Matt and Cameron just finished our tub to shower install. They worked hard all day long and as promised finished it in one day. The work that they did is awesome. They were courteous, conscientious to make sure that everything was taken care of, questions answered, done perfectly and cleaned up. Not only does the shower look terrific, it was a pleasure having them here.
