I had bathfitters install a bath/shower combo with walls, several years ago. The calking started to come off and the soap dish, which does happen. I called them to see if they really do honor the lifetime warranty. They came out the next day and replaced the soap dish and re caulked nearly the entire tub for me with no questions asked. I am really Impressed and pleased with this company. The customer service was impeccable.

He did an absolutely amazing job, especially considering the challenging circumstances he was working under. From start to finish, Tim was professional, patient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, paid close attention to detail, and never let the obstacles affect the quality of his work. The end result looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations. If you’re lucky enough to have Tim as your installer, you’re in great hands. Bath Fitter of Sacramento: Installer Tim Klein Tim arrived early on a Saturday, alone and ready to tackle our new master shower. Tim was beyond professional, highly knowledgeable and is by far the cleanest, most organized tradesman I've ever met. He had to demo our existing shower to the studs and subfloor because of the type/age of it. He was fully prepared for it and finished up ahead of schedule even though he was tackling the install alone. He went over a million details with us as he went, keeping us informed. Tim made very sure where we wanted the "grab bars" and made he sunk them into the wall studs with all proper care to avoid leaks/future water damage. Bath Fitter of Sacramento services Calaveras County and they are the only ones we found that will. I'm calling them for our next project, and I'll be asking for Tim Klein by name.

Got new tub and shower installed by Brandon K was excellent and professional and clean did amazing job on time fast and Timothy K was very pleasant to work with both highly recommended for both of them
