Very professional service right from in-home estimate thru to reno completion. Quality work completed in the time frame specified and very impressed with how clean our home was left when the day's work was completed. Would definitely recommend Bathfitter (London).

Bath fitters came and did the bathroom at my home. Everything was great it really was. Things got done when they said it was going to, they came the days that they said they were going to. The only thing that I could suggest that they change is either having a coloured book showing the different colors of the faucets or an idea that I thought of have those circle things from the bathtub to show people what colors are what colours and by what company unless it's all moen, they have different shades of gold too though! I learned brush gold is not all the same! Still a great job! Thank you guys!!

I was surprised when I noted cracks in my two-year old bathroom wall that had been installed by Bath Fitters. When I called for help, I received a promise to have it addressed promptly. A date was set to have the bathroom measured. The employee arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. When an appointment was set to reinstall the unit, the crew arrived on time and were gracious, including spending a few moments with my recently rescued dog. They brought in carpet protection mats and worked quietly next door to my office so I could handle a video call. I barely heard their voices, there was no distracting music and the work was done thoroughly. The clean up was excellent and the only evidence that Colin and Ryan had been in my house was because I now had a bathroom that looked like new. This was the fine work from beginning to end, with no stalling or disagreement about the original cracks. I commend Cheryl for ensuring that Bath Fitters looked after their customers ahead of their bottom line, and I thank Colin and Ryan for demonstrating the company's values through their customer service. Brandon and Tye completed our shower replacement in two days . They were great to deal with and the quality of work was excellent . Cleanup was amazing and the new shower is exactly what we had hoped for .
