From the first phone call to paying the invoice, the whole experience was great. Robert was great in explaining the options and making suggestions. Then there was the installation, I’ve never had any work done was so easy. Val arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, asked me to move a coupe of things to make sure there was enough room to move things in. He also suggested taking some artwork down just to be in the safe side in case the vibrations make them fall. Can’t say enough about the great service, thanks Val and Robert and Beverly from the office, very quick response time from her. Then there is the product, I am extremely happy with my choice to use Bath Fitter!!!!

Bathfitters installed our downstairs shower about 5 years ago. After a few years a crack developed in the floor. When we mentioned it to Bathfitters they came out and verified the issue. No arguments. Our installation came with a lifetime warranty. They gave us a 2-day window to have it fixed. Val arrived on day 1 as promised to do the first part of the repair and returned on day 2 to complete it. His repair was comprehensive, careful and beautifully done. Val was respectful of our property and careful to protect our floors from the snow outside. We cannot say enough good things about Bathfitters and Val. We give them both 5 out of 5!
