Although there was one hiccup with a misaligned part, Bath Fitter quickly noticed the issue and completed the install with the properly sized part. Sohraab was polite, friendly, and cleaned up the workspace when he was finished. Thank you!

I recently had Bath Fitter (Installer Sohraab) install a new bath tub over the existing bath tub and I couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived on time and got straight to work. Very happy with the bathfitter job done by Soheil. Unfortunately the first tub that was ordered did not fit perfectly so he requested them to reorder a new one with the correct measurements - which I was grateful for instead of him trying to make it work. I didn't mind having to wait a month as the second one fit awesome! All the plumbing works great no leaking. Looks wonderful thank you 😊

The whole Bath Fitter process, from first reaching out for a quote to the install, was seamless. Lindsey was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations when she came to measure and give a quote. I emailed her the following day with a concern about the install and she got back to me quickly with an answer and reassurance about my concern. Soheil did the install four weeks later. He was very polite, efficient and did a great job and left my bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter and would definitely use them again.
