Wonderful product, fantastic installation of the Bath Fitter walk-in shower. John S. was so incredibly professional and accommodating in answering questions and giving advice. The job was done efficiently in a timely manner by John and looks amazing and very pleasing to the eye. The only slight issue was that the wrong shower door was accidentally specified, but Bath Fitter was very quick to reorder the proper one and get it replaced. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to install a walk-in shower and I would highly suggest they ask for John. He is young but extremely capable and does such an incredible job.

John showed up at 10 o’clock Monday morning. He was polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation and began the removal of the old tub. He found the cut off valve to the water and began his magic. Within a few short hours, he had installed my beautiful new shower. He turned the water back on and began the finishing touches of his installation. Soon we discovered a pool of water in the hall. When the water was turned back on, the pressure caused a leaky pipe to the hot water heater to erupt. Further investigation exposed the need for a brand new water heater, which was installed Tuesday. Then John finished the installation of the shower and cleaned up the area to the best of his ability with no water. He was genuinely concerned that my hot water heater would be replaced On Friday, Jim came for a follow up visit to ascertain that the new shower was working. I am very impressed by Bath Fitter’s representatives who did such an amazing job of not only installing the shower but confirming that it was working well and that I was taken care of as their customer. Great job, guys. Thank you, Bath Fitter.
