My elderly mom needed her bath tub shower combo replaced with a walk in shower for her safety. From the consultation meeting with Bre to the installation done by Jesse and Rowan the process was excellent. Bre explained the whole process thoroughly and took her time with my mom in choosing the right shower features for her and her safety . We ran into problems with not being able to turn off the main water line due to the shut off valve being so old and the water couldn’t be shut off safely. We initially were going to have to have the water turned off at street level so the original installation date had to be changed. Once we got the turn off problem resolved, Bath Fitter was then able to give us a new date a week later. Jesse and Rowan who did the installation were excellent, covering all floors and the stair carpet with cloths and no mess was left after the job was finished. The hand held shower head attachment in the color that was chosen was on back order, so a temporary one was placed with adhesive until the permanent one comes in. The next day the temporary shower head adhesive gave way, so I immediately called Bath Fitter and Jeremy came right over and went to a nearby hardware store and purchased a much stronger adhesive which worked very good. I pointed out to Jeremy that the shower doors were too hard for my mom to push all the way close due to her poor strength in her arms. He then was able to readjust the doors so that they closed all the way much easier for her. I highly recommend Bath Fitters from Burlington.
