My wife and I most recently used Bath Fitter on Dec 11 and 12, 2025 for a bathtub / shower remodeling project for the bathroom in our guest bedroom. Our old bathtub / shower was completely removed and was replaced with a new tub, surrounding walls and new plumbing items where needed and fixtures, all of high quality and they look beautiful. The outcome was most Outstanding! Our Sales Rep, Eric Davis, came to our home and showed us all the products available for our project and explained the removal and installation process. He is most knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. Our installer was Jesse. The work was done on our second floor guest bathroom and Jesse covered the path from our front door, the carpeted staircase, and the pathway through the bedroom leading to the guest bathroom. He always maintained cleanliness, including dust control in the work area from start to finish. His technical workmanship was exemplary. He was very friendly and kept us informed during the 2 day process. We were very comfortable and impressed with both of these gentlemen. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. This was our second time using Bath Fitter. We first used them for a similar remodel in our master bathroom in 2019. They have proven themselves to us to be a most excellent bathroom remodeling company. In fact we are so happy with them that we met with Sales Rep Eric Davis again (Jan 2026) and contracted with Bath Fitter for a third project in our home. We highly recommend the Bath Fitter brand and team ! Thank you for jobs well done.
